Since all the pieces are handcrafted from scratch, patience is appreciated. 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 

We hope you love your pieces bought on our website. We do not provide exchanges/returns on stoneware (serveware, decor, etc). Every piece is meticulously handcrafted and takes weeks to finish. However, damaged or defective pieces will be replaced by an identical item. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be offered in the original form of payment. 

We take great effort to carefully pack and crate our creations to guard against damage while in transportation. It is your obligation to inspect each item upon arrival of your items, and those that are damaged shouldn’t be signed for. If your product arrives in a different condition, please get in touch with us within 48 hours and send a photo of the problem to info.theconfettitree@gmail.com. Someone from our team will then recommend the best course of action, which may include a return or repair.
